REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Denoa Label piece. If for any reason it is not quite right, we are here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
To start a return or exchange, please email info@denoalabel.com with your name, order number, and reason for request.
Items must be returned within 5 days of your return being approved.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and original packaging intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your exchange subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees will be deducted from refunds
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@denoalabel.com with clear photos of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
Processing times for made-to-order or pre-order items are stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
These items are produced specifically for each order. However, if an item arrives not as described, it remains eligible for a return.
Sale Items
Items marked as sale, promotional, or final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect your rights if an item is received faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance processes outside of our control.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Denoa Label does not have control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount, as they are determined by your local customs authority.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery of an order due to customs charges or any other reason, the following terms apply:
- Orders that are refused and abandoned will not be refunded
- Orders that are refused and returned to us will be refunded minus all incurred costs, including:
- Original shipping fees
- Customs duties and handling charges
- Any additional fees incurred during transit
These costs are non-recoverable and will be deducted from your refund. A return must be received before a refund is issued.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected or cleared through customs and is subsequently abandoned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.
Customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
Processing & Support
Returns are reviewed within 2–4 business days of receipt.
We aim to process all exchanges and refunds promptly once the returned item has been received and inspected.
