Returns/Exchanges

Please allow orders to be in pre shipment (processing) for 1- 4 business days due to order volumes.  This excludes pre-orders which have processing times mentioned in the product description. We are working to ship your order out as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted if you've received an incorrect item, size or faulty item (this excludes made to order items). To start a return please email info@shopdenoa.com. Please include your first name and order number with a reason for the return. Returns are accepted for store credit. Ensure you email within 14 days of receiving your order. Items reported after 14 days will not be reviewed. Returns on pre-order / handmade to order items are not accepted as they're custom. Returns on sale items (this includes BFCM) are not accepted as they are final. All Black Friday Cyber Monday sales are final.

For returns to be accepted, the items must be in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received.
